Aileen Meyers
Trainer and Owner of Max Out Fitness

 Aileen's MISSION statement To help people of all fitness levels reform their overall health one PUSH-UP at a time!

Aileen Meyers holds a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary.  At William and Mary, she completed an internship in athletic training with the Sports Medicine Division where she worked with several collegiate sports teams by providing first aid and developing progressive resistive exercise programs for injured athletes.  Upon graduation, Aileen was commissioned into the United States Army as a Military Police Officer.  During her active duty service time, she developed and lead physical fitness programs for  soldiers. This invaluable time in the Army taught Aileen the importance of leadership, team building, motivation, and physical fitness.  Drawing from her past experiences Aileen created MAX OUT Fitness to provide healthy lifestyle programs for everyday busy people. She hopes everyone who joins her on this journey will MAX OUT his/her full potential.  Other Certifications:  ACE, CPR
